Our Process

  • Integration with accounting systems, so posting and reconciliation became seamless.

  • Monitoring, feedback loops, and continuous refinement - to catch edge cases and reduce human intervention over time.

Results

Crucially, we collaborated closely with the finance team (and others) to map exceptions, define the logic, and ensure adoption. Leaving no questions unanswered and ensuring the team understand the ins and outs of our implementation.
